摘要
采用CFD软件FLUENT对3种排尘口直径不同的旋风分离器以及长锥型旋风分离器中的气相流动规律进行数值模拟,模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合。模拟结果表明,随着排尘口直径的减小,分离性能有所提高。长锥型旋风分离器轴向速度分布呈现与高效Stairmand型旋风分离器不同的不稳定分布状态,出现明显的短路流现象,通过改进其结构尺寸可得到稳定流场,从而提高分离效率。CFD数值模拟方法可以很好地预测旋风分离器结构尺寸变化对内部流场的影响。
The numerical simulation of gas flow field of 3 different cone dimensions and longconed cyclones were presented, using commercial CFD package FLUENT. The accuracy of the simulation was tested by the available experimental data. Simulation results show that the higher peak of tangential velocity in a cyclone of a small cone leads to higher collection efficiency and axial velocity of long-coned cyclone shows an unstable gas flow field and short-circuiting flow. Stable flow field can be achieved by improved geometries of long-coned cyclone. The CFD simulation is capable of predicting changes resulting from cyclone configuration modification.
