摘要 平盖大开孔后削弱了平盖的抗弯截面模量,一般采用整体加厚的方法进行补强。而等面积补强法与压力面积法均未考虑弯曲应力的影响,是不安全的。提出将常规设计方法与有限单元法相结合进行氨冷器大开孔平盖的设计,以保证设计的安全性。 After opening the big hole,the module of bending section of the flat head is weakened. Conventionally, the method of integral reinforcement is applied. But the influence of the bending stress was not considered by equal-area method and the pressure area method of reinforcement. It is not safety. The design method integrated by rules and finite element is advanced.
