摘要
锌在人体14种必需微量元素中排在最前面。锌在人体内具有重要的功能,它对机体生长发育,创伤愈合,免疫预防具有重要的作用。采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法,测定不同年龄阶段人发中的锌含量,并对测定结果进行分析,为科学补锌提供依据。
Zinc is the first one of the human 14 kinds of essential trace elements which has an important function and plays an important role in human organisms developments such as growth, concrescence, immunity, etc. In this paper, the concentrations of zinc in human hairs were determined and analyzed by the method of flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) , in order to provide some scientific basis for people's proper food supplementation of zinc.
