摘要
介绍了红外透射式六面转鼓扫描器的工作原理,提出了一种仿真其扫描轨迹的分析方法。采用光学软件ZEMAX建立扫描系统模型,并通过实际光线追迹得到扫描轨迹数据,再传入MATLAB绘制出二维轨迹图形,直观地反映了六面折射转鼓的扫描图像的变形情况。通过该方法可以方便地分析出设计误差和零件加工误差对扫描图像的影响,从而有效控制六面折射转鼓的制作精度。
Theory of infrared 6-face rotating drum scanner is introduced. An effective approach to simulate its scanning footprint is provided. The drum system is modeled and the real rays are traced in ZEMAX, then the data are transferred to MATLAB to draw 2D footprint map. This approach helps analyzing the image deformation due to designing and/or fabricating errors.
