摘要
目的:观察体外情况时在不同条件下磁性流体被磁场吸附定位的效应。方法:采用自制的外磁场试验装置,测定不同流速下磁性微粒的吸附定位。结果:流速越高,定位吸附越差:在流速<4 cm/s 时磁性微粒可几乎完全被吸附,流速4~20cm/s 时可被大部分或部分被吸附,而流速>20 cm/s 时则几乎完全不被吸附。结论:在一定的流速范围内,磁控定位阻止流体流动是可能的。
Objective:The aim of this study was to observe the effect of magnetic fluid attracted by the magnetic field under different conditions in vitro.Methods:By a self-made apparatus of external mag- netic field the attraction and localization of the magnetic fine particles were determined in different flow velocity.Results:The faster flow velocity the worse attraction and localization was seen.The magnetic fine particles could be attracted almost fully when the flow velocity<4 cm/s,but it almost would be not at- tracted when the flow velocity>20 cm/s,and it was attracted partially when the flow velocity≥4 cm/s and≤20 cm/s.Conclusion:In certain range of the flow velocity the magnetic localization was possible to prevent the flow of the fluid.
