雌激素在缺血性卒中中的作用

The Roles of Estrogen in Ischemic Stroke

摘要 大量基础研究表明,雌激素具有神经保护作用。但是,近年来激素替代疗法在临床观察中却未取得预期效果。因此,雌激素对缺血性卒中的作用还需进一步的探讨。 A large number of basic studies haue demonstrated that estrogen has neuroprotectectiue effects. In recent years, hovoeuer, hormone replacement therapy has not achieued the expected effects in clinical observations, Therefore, the effect of estrogen on ischemic stroke still needs to be further inuestigated.
