摘要
为了消除基于块编码的低码率视频压缩技术中"块效应"现象,针对嵌入式多媒体处理器的结构提出了新的自适应滤波消除块效应算法。此算法在TI OMAP5910平台上实现,实验表明它有效提高客观PSNR值和改善块效应现象。同时为了满足嵌入式系统在不同应用场合下的实时处理需求,在本算法的基础上提出计算复杂度动态可调方案。
The block-based video compression methods often cause blocking effect at low bit rates. Considering the structures of embedded multimedia systems, a new algorithm based on adaptive filter is presented to avoid the block artifacts and it is realized on TI OMAP5910 platform. According to the results, it could improve the visual qualities and increase the peak SNR values. Furthermore, targeting the need of embedded mobile platforms, a scheme based on this new algorithm is developed to dynamically scale the complexity of the deblocking algorithm to meet their real-time requirements.
