摘要
目的:为筛选职业性肺癌高危人群的早期预报指标,对19例焦炉工和12例对照进行了研究。方法:用外周血淋巴细胞培养法检测了外周血淋巴细胞的姐妹染色体互换(SCE)。结果:焦炉工 SCE 率明显高于对照;焦炉工中吸烟与不吸烟者 SCE 间无明显差异。结论:焦炉逸散物具有明显的遗传毒理学效应,对焦炉工染色体可造成一定的损伤。
Objective:In order to screen hazard population of occupational pulmonary carcinoma and to seek for early predictive marker,19 cases of coke oven workers and 12 cases of normal control were studied.Methods:Sister chromosome exchange(SCE)in terminal blood lymphocyte was counted.Results: SCE frequence of coke oven workers was significantly higher than of control;There is no evident difference on SCE between smokers and nonsmokers.Conclusion:Coke oven volatiles have significant genetic toxico- logical effection and can cause chromosome injure to coke oven workers.
