摘要
为了加速培育出人们青睐的优质黄皮西瓜,以西瓜黑皮母本(H97)和黄皮父本(2605)构建BC1分离群体单株,利用RAPD技术结合分离群体分组分析法(BSA),从该群体单株中筛选与黄皮性状连锁基因的分子标记,结果获得1个与黄皮性状连锁的RAPD标记AI09-1500,重组率为17.2%。
In order to develop rapidly superior yellow peel of watermelon fruit, the individual plant was created in the isolated population of BC1using watermelon with black peel fruit (H97) as femal parent and one with yellow as male parent (2605).The molecular markers linked to the yellow peel trait were isolated from the preceding plants of BC1 with RAPD technology in combination with BSA method. The result showed that a marker of AI09-1500 was obtained, and the cross-over value was 17.2 % .
