摘要
采用萃取、离子交换层析、凝胶层析等方法,从枸杞中得到了枸杞多糖四个组分,选取其中的枸杞多糖-X组分对实验性四氧嘧啶糖尿病兔进行降血糖试验(开放型单向质反应序贯试验);同时将枸杞多糖-X与粗品枸杞多糖及枸杞的降血糖效果作比较。实验结果表明,枸杞多糖-X组分对实验性四氧嘧啶糖尿病兔有明显的降血糖作用,降血糖有效率达100%(假阳性率为1%),糖耐量曲线明显下移。经配对序贯试验比较,枸杞多糖-X组分的降糖效果优于粗品枸杞多糖,也优于枸杞原汁。三者对正常小鼠血糖无影响。
Four kinds of component of Lycium barbarum polysacchrides(LBP)were obtained from the Fruit of lycium barbarum(FLB)using extraction,ion exchange celluose and gel chromatography.The LBP X component was used to study its effect on reducing blood glucose with alloxan induced diabetic rabbit (opened type unidirectional qualitative reaction sequential trials).And such effect was compared with that of LBP and FLB(opened type unidrectional paired sequential trials).The results showed that the effect of LBP X was remarkable in reducing blood glucose in alloxan induced diabetic rabbits. There was a marked drop in curve of glucose tolerance. The effective rate of reducing blood glucose was 100%(False positive 1%).In the paired sequential experiments, the effect of reducing blood glucose of LBP X was better, as compared with LBP and FLB. LBP X,LBP and FLB did not drop the level of blood glucose when the blood glucose of the mice was normal.
