红外光谱仪的微机化升级改造

摘要 为一种旧型号的红外光谱仪开发了数据采集系统,并用VB6.0自行编制了配套软件,实现了实验数据的实时采集及实验曲线的实时绘制,提高了光谱仪的整体性能。同时对固体粉末的制样方法进行改进,提出一种改进的“薄膜法”,从而使样品的制备更加简单、快捷。采用此方法对常规CaCO3粉末及纳米CaCO3粉末的红外光谱进行测定,发现常规CaCO3粉末的谱图同标准谱图吻合得很好,说明此方法具有很好的可操作性和准确性。同时对纳米CaCO3粉末的红外光谱出现反常红外吸收现象的原因进行了分析讨论。 A set of data sampling system and the matching software are developed for an old model infrared spectrometer, the experimental data real-time sampling and experimental curves real-time plotting are carried out, and the integral performance of infrared spectrometer is improved. Meantime, the preparation method of solid powders was updated, and the improved "microfilm method" is given in order to make the specimen preparation simple and timesaving, and the spectra of normal and nano CaCO3 are also measured. The results show that the spectra of normal CaCO3 can match with standard spectra very well. It indicates that its operability and accuracy are good. At last, the causes of abnormal infrared absorption from nano CaCO3 are discussed.
