试论我国住宅消费融资模式的选择

摘要 随着城市化水平的提高和人们消费结构的升级,住宅消费成为人们消费的重点。在住宅潜在需求很大的今天,住宅消费融资是把住宅潜在需求转化为实际需求的一个很重要的环节。文章从国外住宅消费融资模式的比较出发,结合我国现行模式的特点和当前的经济状况,对我国的住宅消费融资模式的发展和完善进行了探讨。 With the improvement of the urbanization and upgrading of people's structure of consumption, the consumption on housing becomes the focal point in people consumption. Today, potential demand of House is very large, so consumption on housing financing is a very important link of turning the potential demand of the house into the actual demand. This paper Compares the Foreign Consumption on Housing Financing Mode, and probes into the housing consumption financial mode on the base of studying the characteristic of the current mode and present economical situation China.
