论农村文化建设的模式选择

The Selection of Village Cultural Construction Mode

农村文化是一种契合于农耕社会的生活方式,为农民的实践和乡村秩序提供意义体系和价值规范,因此,它拥有自为的存在价值和内在的运行机制。新中国成立以来,由于将文化简单地意识形态化和工具化,并用国家政权按照科层式的行政机制去推进,结果因违背文化的内在规律而使乡村文化建设陷入困境。所以,要实现农村文化的发展与繁荣,必须根据文化的特质,改变当下农村文化的行政供给模式,实现农村文化的乡村自主发展。

Village culture is a kind of life style that corresponds to the agriculture society, providing the meaning system and the value norm to the fulfillment and the country order of farmer; therefore, it has the existence value and the movement mechanism of internality. Later after the foundation of PRC, because national political power just took the culture as ideology and tool, then turning according to Bureaucratic administration mechanism, which disobeys the internal law of culture, the country cultural construction sank into a predicament. In order to carry out the developing and prosperous village culture, we have to change the village culture supplying mode according to the characteristic of it.
