我国普通高校社会体育专业人才就业状况的调查研究

Job market for university social sports graduates

采用问卷调查、文献资料、专家访谈等方法,对我国社会体育专业毕业生就业状况进行研究。结果表明:当前我国社会体育专业毕业生从事社会体育工作的比例甚低。研究认为:只有根据社会需求深化教育改革,通过政府、学校以及毕业生的共同努力,才能有效提高社会体育人才的就业率。

Adopting questionnaire, literature study and expert interview, the author studied the current situation of employment for the university social sports graduates. It was shown that only some of them were engaged in work related to social sports. Therefore, in order to help more social sports graduates find jobs ,joint efforts should be made by the government, the school and the students and the educational reform should be deepened.
