上海市中学健美操课程开展现状与发展对策研究

Status quo and reform of calisthenics courses in middle schools in Shanghai

调查上海市17个区34所中学健美操课程情况。结果显示,广泛使用了教材,但内容陈旧,教学内容较丰富,教学手段以传统方法为主,教学条件完备。据此认为,中学健美操应建立创新教育和健康第一的指导思想,优化课程内容并建立课程评价体系。

Through literature study, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper studied the status quo and reform of the calisthenics courses in middle schools in Shanghai with regard to the teaching contents, methods and sports grounds on the basis of development of Sunny Sports Activities.
