摘要 建立了荧光淬灭法测定羟乙磷酸二钠(EHDP)的含量。激发波长400nm,检测波长500nm。在本实验条件下线性范围0.3~0.8mg/L,r=-0.9992。回收率98.76%~100.5%(n=6),RSD小于1.36%,日内和日间RSD分别为0.64%和2.57%。 In this paper,a fluorescence quenching method has been developed for the determination of etidronate disodium EHDP.The excitation wavelength was 400nm and emission wavelength 500nm.The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0 3~0 8mg/L.Correlation coefficient was 0 9992.The recovery of EHDP was 98 76%(n=6)and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was smaller than 1 26%.The RSD for intra-day and interday assays were 0 64% and 2 57%,respectively.
