荧光淬灭法测定羟乙磷酸二钠的含量

Determination of Etidronate Disodium by Fluorescence Quenching

建立了荧光淬灭法测定羟乙磷酸二钠（ＥＨＤＰ）的含量。激发波长４００ｎｍ，检测波长５００ｎｍ。在本实验条件下线性范围０．３～０．８ｍｇ／Ｌ，ｒ＝－０．９９９２。回收率９８．７６％～１００．５％（ｎ＝６），ＲＳＤ小于１．３６％，日内和日间ＲＳＤ分别为０．６４％和２．５７％。

In this paper,a fluorescence quenching method has been developed for the determination of etidronate disodium EHDP.The excitation wavelength was 400nm and emission wavelength 500nm.The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0 3～0 8mg/L.Correlation coefficient was 0 9992.The recovery of EHDP was 98 76%(n=6)and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was smaller than 1 26%.The RSD for intra-day and interday assays were 0 64% and 2 57%,respectively.
