本文采用红外差谱法测定华法林钠、酞丁胺等包合物（Ｃｌａｔｈｒａｔｅ）中主体的红外光谱及复方氨苄青霉素胶囊中氨苄青霉素三水物和邻氯青霉素钠的红外光谱。方法简便，结果满意。

IR identification of principal components in clathrate warfarin sodium and ftibamzone,and of ampicillin trihydrate and cloxacillin sodium in compound ampicillin capsule is reported in this paper.The method is simple and convenient.The results are satisfactory.
