桡骨远端骨折34例手术治疗分析 被引量：3

摘要 采用切开复位斜“T”形钛板内固定治疗34例(38侧)桡骨远端复杂关节内骨折,其中桡掌侧入路29侧,桡背侧入路9侧。术中结合螺钉、克氏针固定复位骨折,植骨充填骨缺损以恢复关节面的完整性,有效地恢复桡骨远端的解剖结构。结果术后共31例(32侧)获随访,采用Dienst功能评定标准结果为优26例(27侧),良4例(4侧),可1例(1侧)。结果表明:对于复杂的桡骨远端关节内骨折,切开复位“T”形钛板内固定是有效的治疗方法。
