摘要
目的建立大鼠异体肾移植模型,为开展器官移植的实验研究提供依据。方法使用SD大鼠分别作为供者和受者,采用原位低温灌洗,移植肾放置左侧,血管直接吻合,输尿管带膀胱瓣与膀胱吻合。结果建立了比较稳定的大鼠同种异体肾移植模型。手术成功率为90%。结论此模型较容易掌握,可以在条件比较简单的实验室开展,除常规显微外科器械外不需要特殊的器械或设备。
Objective To expand laboratory investgation of organ transplantation and prepare a model of kidney transplantation. Methods SD rats were served as donors and recipients, Hypother- mia infusion was conducted and prepared at prime position. Donor kidney was grafted at the left side. Direct vascular anastomoses and connecting the donor ureter with ureterocystic flap to the recipient's bladder were conducted. Results We have established a stable model of rat kidney transplantation. Our operation success rate reached 90 % or so, Conclusion This model of kidney transplantation is feasible regardless of experimental conditions, The another advantage of it over others is in fact that there is no special equipment to be needed extent microsurgical instrument.
