注射用亚锡葡庚糖酸钠(8mg)中氯化亚锡含量的比色法测定

Colorimetric Determination of Stannous Chloride in Sodium Glucoheptonate and Stannous Chloride(8mg GH)for Injection

介绍在酸性条件下，用钼酸钠—硫氰酸钾比色法测定注射用亚锡葡庚糖酸钠（８ｍｇ）（以下简称８ｍｇＧＨ）中所含氯化亚锡，λ＝４６５ｎｍ。平均回收率为１００．５％，ＲＳＤ为０．７％，ｎ＝６。由于标准亚锡溶液不稳定，提出了用高锰酸钾滴定法标定标准亚锡溶液。药盒中其它成分对比色法测定有干扰，在作空白对照液时加入相同比例的药盒其它组分，排除干扰。

In acid condition,stannous chloride in the kit was determinated by colorimetric analysis with sodium molydate and potassium thiocyanate.The wave length was 465nm.The average recovery was (100 5±0 7)%.Known as the unstability of the stannous solution,potassium permanganate process was used to standardized it.For the rest contents in the kit had disturbance,the blank correction must contain the proportional substances.
