摘要
以水杨醛或苯甲醛为衍生化试剂建立了血清中异烟肼的衍生化薄层色谱扫描快速定性定量检测方法,检测线性范围1~20mg/L,最小检出浓度为0.5mg/L。本法是异烟肼中毒快速诊断和临床血药浓度监测的可靠方法。
A rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of isoniazid(INH) in serum by TLC scanning of INH derivatives was studied.INH derivative of salicylaldehyde or benzaldehyde was extracted with ethyl acetate.INH was identified and determined by TLC scanning of derivative.The results show that the extraction caliberation curve is linear over the range of 1~20mg/L.The limit of detection is 0 5mg/L.This method is good for INH poisoning identification and clinical pharmaceutical monitoring.
