灰阶超声造影诊断膀胱癌的临床价值

Clinic Value on the Diagnosis of the Bladder Carcinoma by Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound

目的研究超声造影诊断膀胱癌的临床价值。方法经肘静脉快速注入SonoVue造影剂后,用灰阶超声造影技术诊断膀胱癌17例。结果与术后病理检查结果对照,符合率为100%。超声造影均显示动脉期有小动脉深入肿块内部,由内向外肿块逐渐全部灌注,延迟期肿块内部造影剂逐步廓清。结论灰阶超声造影在判断肿块内部血流灌注方面明显高于彩色多普勒血流成像,可为膀胱内肿块的鉴别诊断提供强有力的依据,可作为膀胱肿瘤定性诊断的无创检查手段。

Objective To study the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound （CEUS） in diagnosing the bladder carcinoma. Methods To diagnose 17 patients with bladder carcinoma by using CEUS after injecting SonoVue to the elbow vein quickly. Results The post-surgery checks against pathology, matching rate of CEUS was 100%. It was displayed that the arteriole goes deep into the lesion and we could see that SonoVue perfused gradually and completely from inside to outside of the lesion in arterial phase, then it was washed out gradually in parenchymal phase by CEUS. Conclusion This typical result is obviously better in the aspects of judging the internal blood of the tumor than that by CEUS in CDFI （color Doppler flow imaging）. In the discrimination diagnosis of the urine bladder tumor, it provides a powerful basis, and this can be the nature-oriented diagnosis of the non-traumatic checking-means.
