摘要
在我国,随着政府机关效能建设的展开,作为改进公共部门尤其是政府管理的一种有效工具,绩效评估越来越受到人们的重视。但是,在公共部门绩效评估的实际操作中,存在着公共部门内部问题、绩效评估自身技术问题、绩效评估制度无法落实以及评估制度缺乏弹性等一系列问题。改革绩效评估制度必须从思想认识、改革绩效评估体系以及加强公务人员在职培训等方面做出努力。
