后勤社会化下的高校资产管理策略创新研究

Strategy innovation Research of the Colledge's Assets Managemen under the Background of Socialization of university's logistics

资金和资产是高校生存和发展所不可或缺的物质基础,是推进一切教育教学、科研管理工作的前提性保证。面对后勤社会化的全面推进,高校必须创新资产管理策略方能确保学校资产顺利实现保值增值,健康流转,提高效益。

Fund and assets are the required material base for university＇ s＇survival and development and the premise to facilitate all the teaching and scientific research. In the face of overall advance of Socialization of university＇s logistics, the university should innovate strategies of Assets Management, through wtlich every university＇ s assets can insure the increment ,healthy circulation and increase of benefit. Consequently the author put forward four Strategies： firstly, the producing long-term plan, having it in mind from nothing; secondly, opening up resources of finance, clarifying property right and insuring the asset＇ s increment; thirdly , constructing sound mechanism, innovating systelns and strengthening control ability; fourthly, enhancing evaluation, supervising asset＇ s flow, and keeping dynamic management. The author believe that applying the above strategies absolutely is certain to bring new vital force and energy to the future assets management.
