摘要
研究氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定城市脐橙树叶中铅的适宜条件,并对脐橙树叶中铅量进行了测定。研究表明:叶中的含铅量与车流量呈正相关。方法的线性范围为0.00~1.50 mg·L^(-1),相关系数为0.9978,检出限为0.19μg·L^(-1),回收率在93.2%~105.0%之间。
Optimized conditions for the determination of Pb in leaves of navel orange tree by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry were studied.The leaves were collected from the urban trees at different crossroads of the Wenming Road.As demonstrated by experimental results,the lead content in leaves was positively correlated with the vehicle flowrate.Linearity of the method was in range within 1.50 mg·L^-1with correlation coefficient 0.997 8.Detection limit of the method was found as 0.19μg·L^-1,and values of recovery were obtained in the range from 93.2%-105.0%.
