血液透析及腹膜透析治疗终末期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

Clinical study of Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis in Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy in End-Stage

目的:探讨终末期糖尿病肾病的透析治疗。方法:36例终末期糖尿病肾病患者,按照他们所接受治疗方法的不同分成两组,其中接受血液透析(HD)治疗的为HD组(n=19),接受持续性非卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)治疗的为CAPD组(n=17),将他们的临床资料进行比较分析。结果:两种透析方式均能提高患者的生存率,而且生存率相近。结论:选择恰当的,并及时更换肾脏替代治疗方案,可能有助于提高终末期糖尿病肾病患者的生存率。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of HD and CAPD in treatment of patients with Diabetic Nephropathy in end-stage. Methods ： 36 patients with diabetic nephropathy in end-stage were divided into two groups according they received different treatment. Including the CAPD group （（n = 17） received continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis treatment and HD group （（n = 19） received hemodialysis treatment. Their clinical data were analyzed and studied eontrastively. Results：The survival rate of patients with diabetic nephropathy in end-stage taken by blood parifieation was significantly higher. And no obvious difference of appears for the two groups of patient in respect of the survival rate. Conclusion：The proper choice and the interchange of the ways of reneal replace treatment ,are perhaps useful to improve the survival rate of the patients with diabetic nephropathy in end-stage.
