反语是一种经常出现在文学体裁和日常生活中的语言现象,近些年来受到越来越多语言学家和心理学家的关注,本文仅仅从语用学的角度来探讨反语,分析了反语与合作原则及礼貌原则的关系,并结合实例分析了反语的基本语用功能。

Verbal irony is a common language phenomenon used in literative works and in our daily life, which has received considerable attentions from aore and aore linguists and psychologist. This paper explores verbal irony from the viewpoint of pragmatics and analyzes the relationship between the irony and cooperative principle, as well as with the politeness principle.
