摘要
研究了高灵敏度、水溶性显色剂5,10,15,20-四(3-溴-4-磺苯基)卟啉与Cu2+、Zn2+的配合反应.提出了以四乙基碘化铵作离子对试剂、反相高效液相色谱分离测定痕量Cu2+、Zn2+的新方法.用于人血清中铜、锌的测定,结果满意.
This paper reports the separation and determination of copper(Ⅱ)and zinc(Ⅱ)by RP-HPLC with 5,10,15,20 tetra(3 bromo 4 sulphophenyl)porphyrin as a precolumn derivatization reagent.The chelates were separated on an ODS column within 10 minutes using an eluent composed of acetonitrile water(27∶73,V/V)containing 10m mol/L tetraethyl ammonium iodide and 20m mol/L acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer(pH6 0)and detected at 418nm.This method has been applied to determine copper and zinc in human serum samples with satisfactory results.
