反相高效液相色谱法同时测定蚁肝丸中五味子甲素和五味子乙素的含量

Simultaneous Determination of Deoxyschisandrin and r-Schisandrin in Yigan Wan by RP-HPLC

用反相高效液相色谱法测定蚁肝丸中五味子甲素和五味子乙素的含量．选用ＡｌｔｅｃｈＣ１８分析柱（２５０ｍｍ×４．６ｍｍ），流动相：甲醇—水（８１１９），检测波长：２４０ｎｍ，流速：１．５ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ，柱温：２５℃．五味子甲素和乙素分别在０．１６６～１．４９３μｇ（ｒ＝０．９９９９）和０．０８１～０．７２９μｇ（ｒ＝０．９９９９）范围内呈线性；五味子甲素和乙素的平均回收率分别为９８．８％（ＲＳＤ＝２．３％）和１００．６％（ＲＳＤ＝２．１％）．方法快速、灵敏、准确，样品处理简便易行．

The content of deoxyschisandrin and r-schisandrin in Yigan Wan was determined by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography.The HPLC system consisted of Alltech C 18 column(250mm×4 6mm),mobile phase of methanol-water(81∶19)mixture,with detection at 240nm,flow rate 1 5mL/min and column temperature 25℃.The linear ranges of determination of deoxyschisandrin and r-schisandrin were 0 166～1 493μg(r=0 9999)and 0 081～0 729μg(r=0 9999),respectively.The mean recovery of 98 8%(RSD=2 3%) for deoxyschisandrin and 100 6%(RSD=2 1%)for r-schisandrin is obtained.The method is sensitive,rapid and accurate.
