摘要
报道龙胆科植物5属32种59个产地的生药,加甲醇超声后,直接用HPLC法测定了獐牙菜苦甙(swertiamarin)和龙胆苦甙(gentiopicroside)的含量.流动相:10%甲醇→50%甲醇梯度洗脱,柱温:50℃,内标:3-(邻-甲氧基-苯氧基)1,2-丙二醇(guaifenesin),检测波长:254nm,流速:1mL/min,进样5μL.获得满意结果.
This paper reports the quantitative determination of swertiamarin and gentiopicroside by HPLC method.Shimadzu Model LC-6A liquid chromatographic system equipped with ODS column(TSK gel 80 Ts,5μm,150mm×4 6mm stainless steel)was used for this experiment.The HPLC conditions were as follows:mobile phase:10% methanol→50% methanol(40min.gradient),column temperature:50℃,internal standard:guaifenesin,detection wavelength:254nm,flow rate:1mL/min and injection volume:5μL.. The contents of swertiamarin and gentiopicroside in 32 species of Gentianaceae were thus determined.The quantitative evaluation of “Long Dan”,“Qin Jiu”,“Dang Yao”and “Qing Ye Dan”were discussed according to the results of determination.
