摘要 目的观察卡介菌多糖核酸注射液对继发性暂时性免疫功能低下儿童的调节作用。方法选择临床上反复呼吸道感染的儿童,检测T细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白,以其中至少一项指标低于同年龄段正常值最低限的52名为观察对象,给予卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗,疗程3个月。3个月后复查T细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白。结果治疗后细胞免疫和体液免疫均得到不同程度的改善,治疗前后各项指标相比,差异均有非常显著或显著意义。结论卡介菌多糖核酸注射液对反复呼吸道感染所致免疫功能低下儿童疗效确切。 Objective To study the regulatory effect of BCG-polysaccharide mucleic acid on the children with secondary and temporary low immunity. Methods A total of 108 children aged 1-14 years with repeat respiratory infection were determined for T cell subgroups and immunoglobulin, of whom 52 with either determination result less than the lower limit of normal value were treated with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid for 3 months. Compare the T cell subgroups and immunoglobulin levels of the 52 children before and after treatment to evaluate the curativeeffect. Results The percentage of various T cell subgroups as well as immunoglobulin levels in sera of the 52 children after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, indicating significant improvement of both cellular and humoral immunities. Conclusion BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid showed significant regulatory effect on the low immunity caused by repeat respiratory infection in children.
