摘要
在水泥混凝土桥的主梁(板)上或防水混凝土层面板上一般需设置柔性防水层,因此桥面铺装结构在力学性能上不同于一般路面结构。采用有限元方法分析了水泥混凝土桥面沥青铺装结构中桥面铺装材料的厚度、模量与泊松比、防水粘结层的厚度和模量以及汽车荷载等因素对桥面铺装结构中防水粘结层最大剪应力指标的影响。
On cement concrete deck slab itg usually required that the flexible waterproof layer is constructed. So the deck pavement structure differs from common pavement structure in mechanical performance. The paper analyzes influence of the factors such as thickness, modulus and poisson ratio of paving materials, thickness and modulus of waterproof layer as well as auto load on the maximum shear stress of water proof layer. Analysis shows that thickening asphalt overlay can distinctly reduce the maximum shear stress as the thickness of asphalt overlay is less than lOcm. Setting up the waterproof layer may effectively lower the maximum shear stress of asphalt overlay's bottom, that is advantageous to homogeneous dispersion of driving load. The paper analyzes the rationality of standards for shear strength of waterproof layer as well.
