摘要
在明确了低度白酒发展趋势和技术经济效应的基础上,介绍了低度白酒储存过程中的变化及质量问题,并提出了提高低度白酒质量的途径及应在生产工艺上采取的创新措施和方法。
Base on the understanding of the developmental trend of low-alcohol liquor and its economic effect, the problem of quality change during the storage of low-alcohol liquor is introduced. The new measures and methods in the production technology are proposed to improve the quality of low-alcohol liquor.
