摘要
建立了利用气质联用设备同时检测桑果酒中异戊醇和异丁醇含量的方法,并与传统的对二甲氨基苯甲醛比色法检测结果进行了比较。采用该方法对19个果桑品种酿制的桑果酒的异戊醇异丁醇进行了检测。
A method to detect Isopentyl alcohol and Isobutanol detection in mulberry wine was established. The result was compared with spectrophotumetric method. The Isopentyl alcohol and Isobutanol detection in in 19 mulberry varieties were detected.
