高浓度麦秸底物及低浓度纤维素酶含量SSF法生产乙醇工艺研究

摘要 利用高浓度的麦秸底物含量和低浓度纤维素酶载入量SSF法转化乙醇。找出了纤维素的转化率与麦秸底物含量及加入酶量之间的关系。在低浓度麦秸底物和低纤维素酶含量的条件下,乙醇的转化率仍可达到70%。在高浓度麦秸底物时候,纤维素酶含量的降低量对乙醇产率的减少量的影响呈先快后慢的特点,当发酵液酶活力为4FPU/mL时,乙醇的含量可以达到17g/L。 use the higher the concentration of barley straw substrate and low cellulase loadings to production of ethanol by SSF. Find out the relation between the cellulose yield and the concentration, cellulase loadings. At the lower concentration of barley straw substrate and low ceUulase loadings, the yield of ethanol approximately 70%.While at the higher the concentration of barley straw substrate, the effects of the decrease of the concentration of cellulose with the yield of ethanol is faster in the early phase than the later phase, when the FPU of broth is 4FPU/mL,the concentration of ethanol is 17 g/L.
