摘要
目的研究X射线对脐血细胞中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法使用不同剂量(0、2、4、8、16Gy)的X射线照射脐血。用逆转录多聚酶链反应(RT-PCR)法及定量PCR法研究照射后体外培养24h的脐血细胞中的VEGF mRNA表达水平。结果经2、4、8、16GyX射线照射后24h,脐血细胞中的VEGF mRNA表达水平较正常对照组均显著升高,其中4.0GyX射线照射后24h的脐血VEGF mRNA表达水平升高最显著。结论不同剂量X射线照射后,脐血细胞中VEGF mRNA表达增强,可能对细胞具有辐射防护作用。
Objective To study the effect of X-rays on vascular endothelia growth factor(VEGF) expression in cord blood. Methods Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and quantitation-PCR were used in the examing. Results The significant up-regulation of VEGF expression induced by 2, 4, 8, 16 Gy X-rays were witnessed in comparison with that in the control groups, especially elevating moster irradiation suggestes t 24 h after 4Gy X-irradiation. Conclusion The rise of VEGF mRNA afthat it might be play a role in the radiation protection of cells.
