IFN-γ对豚鼠嗜肺军团菌肺炎病理改变的影响

摘要 目的观察IFN-γ对豚鼠1型嗜肺军团菌肺炎病理改变的影响。方法将80只豚鼠制成1型嗜肺军团菌感染模型,随机分成感染后对照组和感染后治疗组,治疗组肌注IFN-γ。观察两组豚鼠感染后的症状和肺部病理改变。结果在感染症状上,治疗组明显较对照组轻。在病理上,对照组有广泛的肺实变,伴大量炎症细胞浸润,病变周围肺泡腔内可见浆液性渗出及出血,脓肿形成;而治疗组仅见散在的肺实变病灶,伴少量炎症细胞浸润。结论外源性IFN-γ能显著增强豚鼠抗1型嗜肺军团菌感染的能力。 Objective To study the effect of IFN-γ on pathological changes of legionnaire pneumophila pneumonia sergroup 1 in guinea pigs. Methods The 80 guinea pigs infected with legionella pneumophila sergroup 1 were randomly divided into two groups, the treated and the control, and the former was treated with IFN-γ. In two groups, infected symptom and the pathological changes of lung were observed. Results In infected symptom, it is less serious in the the treated. In pathological changes, after infection, in the control, there was wide consolidation of lung, infiltration of many inflammatory corpuscles, serious effusion and hemorrhage in ambient alveolar space in pathological changes and abscess-formation. But the pathological changes in the treated group were less serious than that of the former, we only saw the sporadic consolidation of lung, little infiltration of inflammatory cells. Conclusion This study shows that exogenous IFN-γ can significantly enhance the anti-infection effect of guinea pigs on legionella pneumophila sergroup 1.
