人力资本、研发强度与进口贸易技术溢出——基于我国吸收能力的实证研究

Human Capital,R&D Intensity and Import-oriented Technology Spillover:An Empirical Study based on the Absorptive Capability in China

本文研究了中国人力资本水平和国内研发强度对于进口贸易技术溢出效果的影响。结果表明,基于进口贸易的国际技术溢出对中国技术进步有显著的促进效应,但是具体促进程度受到中国人力资本和国内研发等吸收能力因素的制约。在此实证研究的基础上,本文提出了相应的政策建议。

This paper presents the effect of China′s human capital level and R&D intensity on the import-oriented technology spillover. Our research demonstrates that the effect of import-oriented technology spillover on China′s technology progress is positive, but the degree depends on the absorptive factors such as human capital level and R&D intensity. Based on the empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions.
