论我国翻译词典的编撰

On Chinese Translation Dictionary Compilation

本文对中国的三部和英国的一部翻译词典的简要利弊分析,认为我国翻译词典的编撰已经逐步成熟,并趋于完善,但随着翻译研究的深入开展以及我国目前的翻译研究还相对西方落后的状况,我国的翻译词典编撰工作仍然面临着艰巨的任务。

This paper, based on a brief advantage and disadvantage analysis of three translation dictionaries compiled by Chinese scholars, and that ofone by Western scholars, concludes that the Chinese translation dictionary compilation has been maturing; however, with the progress of translation studies and Chinese translation studies lagging behind the West at present, to produce a dictionary whose quality is ashighas that of the present Western is still an arduous task for Chinese compilers.
