中国现行税制改革应贯彻休养生息的指导思想

China's Current Tax System Reform Should Stick to the Guiding Ideology to Recuperate

"十一五"时期,中国政府将全面推进税制改革。现今,"十一五"已过去快两年,中国经济在经历了几年的高速增长之后,也开始有了一些不确定的因素,在当前的情况下,笔者认为我们税制改革应该继续坚持贯彻休养生息的指导思想,坚定不移地推进税制改革,促进中国经济政治社会的全面发展。

In the ＂11th Five-Year Plan＂period, the Chinese government will comprehensively push forward tax reform. Up till now, the ＂11th Five-Year Plan＂ has been carried out for almost two years. China＇s economy has experienced a high-speed growth in recent years, however, some uncertain factors also arise. In the present situation, the author think we should insist on carrying out the guiding ideology to recuperate, unswervingly push forward the tax reform, and promote China＇s economic, political and social development.
