摘要
目的研究生存素和CD44v6在食管癌组织中的表达及其与食管癌细胞发生、发展与转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测94例食管鳞癌和83例淋巴结中生存素和CD44v6的表达情况。结果原发癌组织中生存素与浸润深度有关(P<0.05);原发癌组织中CD44v6表达率与淋巴结转移、浸润深度和临床分期等因素有关(P<0.05);原发癌组织和转移淋巴结组织中生存素和CD44v6表达率均高于无转移淋巴结组织(P<0.05);原发癌组织和转移淋巴结组织中生存素和CD44v6表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);生存素和CD44v6在淋巴结中表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论生存素和CD44v6在食管癌组织和转移淋巴结中高表达,在食管癌的发生发展过程中具有重要作用,可作为评价食管癌生物学行为的指标。
Objective To study the expression of survivin and CD44v6 in esophageal carcinoma,the relationship between the expression of survivin and CD44v6 and carcinogenesis and progression of esophageal carcinoma. Methods Survivin and CD44v6 expression were detected in 94 primary tumor tissues and 83 lymph nodes with SP immunohistochemistal method. Results Survivin in primary esophageal carcinoma had the relationship with invasive depth of esophageal carcinoma( P〈0.05). The positive expression rate of CD44v6 had the relationship with invasive depth,clinical staging and metastasis of lymph node ( P〈0.05). The expressions of survivin,CD44v6 in positive lymph node were much higher than those in negative lymph node respectively (P〈0.05). There were no significant differences between primary esophageal carcinoma tissue and metastatic lymph node in the expression of survivin and CD44v6. Survivin expression was not correlated with CD44v6 expression in the study (P〉0.05). Conclusion Survivin and CD44v6 are over expressed in esophageal carcinoma. They play important roles in carcinogenesis and progression of esophageal carcinoma and can be used as valuable biomarkers to evaluate esophageal carcinoma metastasis.
