The Connotation and Empirical Analysis of the Path to New-type Industrialization in Traditional Agricultural Areas:the case of Shangqiu,Xinyang,Zhoukou and Zhumadian in Huang-huai Area of Henan Province

新型工业化是传统农区现代化的必由之路。传统农区新型工业化道路的新内涵为:跨越式的工业化,农业的工业化,农村要素资源的工业化,低消耗低污染的工业化。河南黄淮四市新型工业化的路径选择宜为:立足农业,加快农村工业化;深化加工制造业,加快工业再工业化;推进产业集聚,加快工业现代化。

The new-type industrialization is the only way of the modernization in traditional agricultural areas. Based on the particularity of traditional agricultural areas, this article has done in-depth analysis to the connotation of the path to the new- type industrialization in traditional agricultural areas. Taking examples in Shangqiu, Xinyang, Zhoukou and Zhumadian in Huang-huai area of Henan province, the thought and countermeasure for how to take the path of new-type industrialization are all-round discussed.
