On Medicine Service in Modern Hospital Regulation Work

目的：探讨如何在医疗体制改革的全面推行，患者需求迅速增长情况下，做好现代化医院门诊药房调剂工作的药学服务。方法：结合笔者在医院工作实际情况，从三个方面对如何做好调剂工作中的药学服务进行了阐述。结果及结论：医院药学的发展，给了药师们更宽广的舞台，同时对药师自身服务水平提出了更高的要求，只有从职业道德、专业素养、沟通技巧几个方面加强自身的修养才能适应新时期医院药学的发展需要。

Objective： To explore how to make good services in the modern hospital medicine regulation work under the circumstances of all-round implementation of medical system reform and the rapid growth of patients＇ demands. Methods： Combined with the author＇s practices, this paper explains how to make good medicine services in regulation work from three aspects. Results ＆ Conclusion： The development of hospital pharmacy has offered apothecaries wider stages but it has also raised higher requirements for their service levels, so the apothecaries should elevate their minds from professional morality, professional approach, communication skills and so on.
