摘要
目的观察前列腺素E1(PGE1)治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法应用前列腺素E110μg稀释后每天一次,两周为一疗程可重复治疗一至二个疗程。观察其血肌酐、血清胱抑素、尿蛋白定量、尿NAG及尿红细胞数的变化。结果其血肌酐、血清胱抑素、尿蛋白定量、尿NAG较治疗前明显下降,尿红细胞数改变不明显。结论前列腺素E1(PGE1)治疗慢性肾小球肾炎有较好的临床效果,且毒副作用小。
Objective Observe the clinical effects of prostaglandin E（PGE1） treatment on chronic Glomerulonephritis. Methods All patients were given PGE1 10μg/d iv for 14 day, some patiets were given one or two courses treat. Observe the change of serum creatinine, cys-c, urinary protion excretion, urinary NAG and urinary red cells. The serum creatinine, cys-c, urinary protion excretion. Results urinary NAG decreased significantly, urinary red cells hadn＇t significant change. Conclusions PGE1 treatment has good effects on chronic Glomerulonephritis,ang has little side effect.
