“Two Shard Goals” is the subject of ethnic work in new period. “Harmony” is the essence of socialist national connection. Ethnic problem is important to constructing Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and general situation of the Party and people′s cause. Complexity in current na- tional problems, not “Three Reflections” and “Three Uncompations” in regional ethnic autonomy be insisted and perfected, but the Party′s fundamental policy be implemented in national problems.
