必由之路：电大的内涵式发展——再论广播电视大学的现代化

The Only Road to the Intensive Development of Radio and TV University: On the Modernization of Radio and TV University

广播电视大学在国家实现现代化伊始应运而生。但是在现代化进程中,电大自身的现代化问题凸显。开放教育的试点项目,以其评估指标体系为电大的现代化勾勒了蓝图,迎评和评估工作推进了现代化步伐,全面实现自己的社会责任,必须加强内涵建设,走内涵式发展道路。电大教育、开放教育、电大系统是既有区别,又有联系的三个概念,但它们的内涵在一定意义上说又是统一的。一部分是办学基本条件,另一部分是核心竞争力。在内涵建设上,系统、质量、管理是需要突出解决的问题。

Radio and TV University arises at the historic moment when China comes into the beginning of modernization. During the moderniza- tion process, the problems began to manifest itself in Radio and TV University. Depending on the evaluation norms system, the experimental project of open education gives a brief account of the modernization in Radio and TV University. The preparation work for evaluation gives a fresh impetus to the modernization of Radio and TV University. In the “after evaluation period”, Radio and TV University gradually speeds up the modernization process. In order to shoulder the responsibility for the society, we must strengthen intensive construction through connotative development. Radio and TV University′ s education, open education, Radio and TV University′s system are three distinguishable and similar concepts, but their connotations are unified to some extent. They embrace two aspects - school′s basic conditions and core competitive ability. In school′s intensive construction, system, quality and manage- ment are the key problems which need to be salved as soon as possible.
