与一般路线警卫工作相比，危险环境中的路线警卫工作具有不确定因素多、警力部署困难、现场处置与救援难度大等三个特点。为了保证警卫对象的安全，在制定警卫方案和部署警力时应把握严守机密、知彼知己、悲观决策、走为上、隐真示假以及有备无患等原则。
