采用气相色谱分析30%三唑磷微乳剂,选用1.5%SE-30为固定液,邻苯二甲酸二环己酯为内标,对有效成分进行分析和定量。三唑磷色谱峰与内标色谱峰的分离度为3.0,方法的相关系数为0. 999 6,标准偏差为0.156 7,变异系数为0.52%,平均回收率为99.1%。

An GC method was developed for determination of 30% triazophos micro -emulsion with a 1.5% SE -30 packed glass column. Dicyclohexyl -o -phthalate was selected as internal standard, The resolution of peaks between triazophos and dicyclo - hexyl - o - phthalate was 3.0. Linear correlation, standard deviation , coefficient of variation and average recovery were 0. 9996, 0. 1567,0.52% and 99.1% ,respectively.
