Started from, the concrete situation of our country and in light of the practical problems of mountainous buildings, this paper discusses a series of problerns on energy saving buildings, and discusses the building energy saving from the completion of energy saving at the primary stage of design by computer assistance, main technologies should be noticed by mounta.inous buildings, concrete structural energy saving, the utilization of renewable energy resources, the energy saving measures of building management and its control.
