摘要
针对居住区空间环境设计的重要性,介绍了居住区空间环境要素和搞好居住区空间环境规划的要点,阐述了新建住宅区空间环境与规划形式,并对其变化处理方式做一介绍,以创造出新时代要求的住宅与空间环境。
According to the importance of spatial environmental design in residential district the spatial environmental elements and key points to do spatial environmental design well are introduced. At the same time practical planning form in newly-built residential district is discussed in order to create satisfied dwelling spatial environment to meet requirements of new era.
